ALL INCLUSIVE rates include

• VAT
• Vilanculos International Airport transfers (on check-in and check-out dates)
• All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
• All drinks (included water, tea/coffee, soft drinks, beer, wine, cocktails, spirits as available on site)
• Complimentary daily spa treatment or body massage
• Free Wi-Fi in the main area and in all the rooms
• Complimentary sunset on the Dunes (depending on weather)
• Complimentary room toiletries (included hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner)
• Complimentary daily laundry service

ALL INCLUSIVE rates do NOT include

• International/National Flights
• VISAS (if required)
• Transfer to/from town except airport transfers
• All boat charters & water/land sport activities
• Tips
• Curio shop purchases
• Additional activities not mentioned

BOOKING POLICY

Minimum stay: 2 nights in high season, 4 nights in peak season  (6 nights between Dec 15th, 2025 & Jan 1st, 2026).
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required within 2 weeks of making the provisional reservation. Final payment will be required 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 60 days prior to arrival, full payment is required within 7 days of making the provisional reservation.
For honeymoon packages, a copy of marriage or civil union certificate is required.
Rates are quoted in US Dollars. Should payments be made in a currency other than USD, the exchange rate on the day of payment will apply.
The property will not be held liable for any exchange rate fluctuations.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

More than 30 days prior to travel: cancellation fee 25% of total booking value.
Less than 30 days prior to travel: cancellation fee 100% of total booking value.
All the costs related to the payment collection via credit card or bank, or due to currency fluctuations, will be deducted from the refund.

REFUNDS

No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. No refunds for complimentary services not used/delivered.

OTHER

asDunas guests should have travel insurance to cover costs incurred due to unforeseen events.
asDunas is a LGBT friendly destination.
For honeymoon packages, a copy of marriage or civil union certificate (not older than six months) is required.
All children over 12 years old are welcome at asDunas.
